30-day returns
We want you and your pet to love your Plumvane brush. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to start a return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number. We'll reply with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Please return the brush clean, with the tank emptied, and with its original accessories (USB cable) and packaging where possible.
- Items that arrive damaged or defective can be returned or replaced at no cost to you. Please contact us with a photo as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process it.
